We didn't really go to the Hotel. We took part in the Falconry Experience. The concierge was super accommodating, as we were running late due to snow. They drove us down to the field and we had a wonderful experience with Jack Hubley. I wish we'd had time to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and the park grounds. It definitely inspired me to book another trip back to explore Hershey.
Anyone who stays on a Hershey property is entitled to enter the park an hour early for a selection of open rides.
Two excellent restaurants are on property. "The Circular" is the classical restaurant in the hotel and a dress code is applied. The Harvest is on property and provides excellent fare of locally sourced foods. Other food venues are also available.
Excellent hotel and resort. Enjoyed 4 nights, while in town to watch PA state football championships. Lots to eat, do and see at the Hotel; as well as nearby. Really nice spa. Nearby attractions include Hershey Park. Hotel has awesome running trails: used them every day. Lots, lots more. Classy place. Top service.
This is the premier Hershey Complex Hotel. You are going to pay for a room here, but the service is impeccable. It is very clean with excellent amenities. There are several shops located in the lobby including a jewelry store, candy store, and gift shop.
Lovely atmosphere and very family friendly. Close to all Hershey attractions. My kids and I stopped for dessert after spending some time at the Butterfly pavilion and before heading to the Hershey's Chocolate World. It was a nice break and the coffee, snacks, and dessert by the fireplace surely recharged us.
My new wife and I were given a night with the romance package at the hotel. So we were given a couple extra amenities which was nice. Rose petal turndown and champagne with chocolate covered strawberries. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the stay but was also glad I wasn't the one paying for it as it is, to me, kind of pricey for what it is. But it is nice!
