Nice place. Typical amusement park pricing but that has to be expected. Kathy was super sweet and helpful.
It was really nice except waiting an hour for my food and then this nice boy came over to me and asked me "Are you waiting on something, sweetie?" And then he went back and got my order right away. He was so nice. I wish I would've gotten his name.. he was blonde and around like 5'7
I understand this location is hersheypark, but come on... plan for the number of customers you may have to cater to. The company has a great brand and great food products, however at this locatio. There are not enough chairs to provide seating for the volume of people coming in. No refills, double the standard cfa price for a combo, and they do not honor any cfa cards or coupons. Additionally, the staff behind the counter was inattentive, especially during a meal rush, my wife was waiting for food pickup and a hapless worker (who had been staring off) took no notice of her until she prompted him. Either train your staff to be vigilant and know that they are there for service first, not pal time, or hire staff who will take the job seriously.
Epic Fail! Brought a group of 40 kids through, they could not handle it! You'd think in an amusement park, they would be used to being busy we are still waiting for our food and hour later! I'm going back to Wendy's!
Customer service was lacking. Took over thirty minutes for someone to acknowledge that my order was forgotten about. Manager called me the next day to find out what happened.
