I thought picking out the perfect engagement ring last October and then wedding bands this October (both at their diamond show) would be a challenge, to find the perfect one. But KATRINA at this location is beyond great! She makes the whole process feel very personal, like you are her only customer! She knows exactly who we are as soon as we walk in the door our names and the piece we purchased as well! We will return here for every piece of fine jewelry we are looking to buy!
I ordered a ring from this store location. First off, the ring which was fully paid for did not arrive on time. In less than 6 months after the purchase of the ring, the stone fell out. The ring which is still supposed to be on warranty cost about $33.00 to repair. Again I paid the repair cost and agreed to pick up the ring on a set date. Five days after I was supposed to pick up the ring, I was told they wanted to input prangs on the ring which would cost extra. I declined and asked that they simply repair and return the ring to me. They agreed, only to call me 2 days later and tell me my ring was not repaired and I could come and pick it up. They said that when I pick up the unrepaired ring, they'd refund my $33.00.
