Great local place to get some flowers. They have a great seasonal selection as well as the usual flowers. They can be a tad on the pricey side, but thats the nature of flower shops.
This was my very first time at Royer's and I was definitely happy. The flowers I ordered one the phone came out beautiful and were ready within the time needed for pick-up. The price was exactly where I needed to be and Brenda was very helpful. I will certainly return again and again.
Flowers are nice enough, but my clear instructions to call the cell provided were ignored and the flowers left outside with no attempt to call. This meant my pregnant fiance had to go up and down 3 floors to check for them when I got a delivery email. Even this wouldn't be the end of the world, but then, when my fiance called to find out where the flowers were, your staff lied and told her I hadn't left those instructions. All in all pretty dreadful customer service.
I always order online or over the phone for my house mother from Milton Hershey school every birthday and mother's day. They do such a nice job, always helpful on the phone when I did last minute orders (they delivered flowers a half hour before they closed last year for me because I forgot to call before closing. I was in LA at the time and forgot the time difference.) When I went to high school out there, they were always really good at helping me pick out flowers. Their delivery is really fast too. The shop in Carlisle is really good too! Thank you!
I went here to get flowers for my daughters baptism. The girl was extremely helpful! She showed me some ideas that I could do, knew the amount of flowers I would need, and so forth. The flowers lasted a long time!
