Dr. Mo is knowledgeable and great with kids too! He understands that seeing a dentist can be a scary prospect for kids and adults alike so, he goes out of his way to make sure its always a good experience. Also, he really cares about educating his patients on both their short and long term dental needs. I completely trust his recommendations (and my entire family loves him). The staff is super friendly and there are many options available for people working with tight budgets. (also... I'm a chicken when it comes to shots but have never had a bad experience here :)
My family and I have just started coming here. So far we love it. All the staff is so friendly and they keep you updated on what they are doing. My daughter had to get fillings and they were very nice and helped her through it (she was terrified). I also had to get some work done to fix what my last dentist did. I didn't even notice it when they numbed my mouth and they were very fast and efficient in their work. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
American Dental Care really takes care of you. I just recently went in the get my teeth up to date and found out that I had little to make my teeth better. The Dr and the staff really do care and understand. I would recommend American Dental Care to anyone willing to either switch or whom needs a good teeth cleaning.
Not sure what the negative reviews are about. My entire family has been going to American Dental care for many years. The entire staff is professional, but also personable. We have been going this practice since 2007. This was the first experience both of my sons have had with dental care. They feel very comfortable visiting the dentist and are never worried. My one son said the dentist was funny and distracted him so he didn't even feel the shot he needed to deal with his cavity. I highly recommend this practice and am very happy to have found them... Note, Wanda as mentioned in another review is awesome, so I don't know what the heck that other person was talking about.
I have asked numerous times for a final bill showing how much was charged and paid by our insurance and how much our total amount owed is. Our estimated portion was prepaid based on a preliminary estimate and I just want to ensure that what was paid does not exceed the actual total owed. I am certain if we owed them money we would have had a bill 5 weeks ago. Each week for 3 weeks have we asked and continue to be ignored. Each week we get "Oh, we thought we sent that, we'll send it right out." Last time was a week and a half ago. It makes it appear they are hiding something. By this review, I am making one last request for a detailed itemized statement, then my next stop is the BBB and the American Dental Association. I just want an itemized invoice of the treatment, how much was charged and paid by insurance and how much is our responsibility--should be a simple matter of printing a statement.
