After placing an online order I stopped on my way home from work to pick up the item. I was greated with a smile and asked if needed assistance. The customer service was outstanding!
It's an outlet Disney store so it's mostly filled with the stuff that couldn't sell at the main stores or online. However it's a nice clean store with friendly staff. Also you might be able to find something that you like, but you'll have to sift through all the less popular Disney IPs.
