Needed a new wheel. Alex spent over 1.5 hours on hold with other places, trying to find one for me. Also, when I found one elsewhere, he never tried to convince me to buy from him. He was fully on my side, even if it meant he wouldn't get my business. He gained my respect through this interaction. So much so, that even though I got the parts elsewhere, I decided to bring it here for the labor, since I trusted him with my car. I will continue to bring my car to this Meineke because of the way I was treated.

Dustin was gone by the time I got there but Alex took great care of me and put two guys on my case since I was in a rush, Tyler and JR. Both were very nice and they worked diligently to figure out what the problem was. Along with Alex, they figured out the problem was my terminal connectors and that my battery was fine.

They will overcharge you and make you replace parts that aren't needed. They triple the price of parts. The owner is rude and full of himself. I worked there for 2 weeks-oh the things I saw. I couldn't stand the dishonesty of this shop. Similar to slave type labor- no lunches or breaks were ever given. The manager would shut off the heat in winter after running it for only an hour or so. Working conditions were beyond bad. Owner was too cheap to dispose of coolant properly, forced employees to pour it down the drain in the bathroom. Stay away from here for employment and vehicle service.

You don't find many auto repair businesses that care as much about customer service and quality work anymore. Most want to undermine you, dig as deep into your pockets as they can, do marginal work, and send you down the road with a bill and a prayer. That's NOT these guys at all. They haven't forgotten what it means to be on the other side of the counter and treated me with the same respect they would expect from others.

Forget what any marginal or negative review you read about this Meineke as the guys here, particularly Alex and Dustin, are great people who go well above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

So basically, these guys were HONEST and did not try to sell me a starter, alternator or even a new battery. They did a lot of testing before they gave me a conclusive answer, which I appreciated. I ended up buying two reasonably priced tires (which I needed anyway) and I feel really good about my experience at Meineke and I would come back again. Alex even recommended a great chocolate shop! After a quick lunch at Fuddruckers, I was back on the road. Thanks guys for the great service.

What you want from an auto repair shop is friendliness, honesty and integrity, and a strong knowledge of their trade. Most of all, you want them to have experience and a practical confidence that doesn't come off as arrogant. In short, you want to know that they know what their doing. That describes the people I met at Meineke Hershey. They're truly invested in doing a good job, are smart and capable people and doing it right is their mantra as their name is on the line.

Quality Customer Service / Great People / Fantastic Work!

Had my car there for two days to get inspected, it ended up needing some brake work so I had them do it there at the shop. The price was reasonable but when I got my vehicle back I noticed damage to the rear bumper. At first I was not very happy but after coming into contact with owner, Dustin, he said that they would take responsibility for it and got it fixed for me. I am very grateful for how Dustin handled everything and if my car ever needs work again I know where to take it

You don't need to go anywhere else. Take your vehicle to them, tell them what you want and let them do their thing and you won't be disappointed!!

I took my F-150 in to get a couple of exhaust manifolds replaced and they completed the work in a couple days and pretty much within my budget. They probably put more hours in than I paid but they respected my desire to keep costs down because I was selling the vehicle. It was a stubborn truck not wanting to let go of a few studs that are typically problematic in Ford vehicles in general. Alex and his team worked diligently and called me with regular updates as to their progress. Their attitude towards me as a customer was exemplary and their persistence towards excellence noteworthy! Dustin was likewise as charismatic and knowledgeable as the rest of his team and thought enough of his business to ensure that I would return...and I will.

I deal with shops all the time because I help the elderly at my church with all their car care needs. I do most of the work myself but some jobs require a professional. I know good ones from bad ones and don't leave a review unless I'm sufficiently impressed or completely unimpressed. I know you might be reading this and wondering who is this guy? Suffice to say that I'm experienced enough to know when a shop is one that has the right people with experienced engineers and quality leadership versus one that is scraping by on a few guys with a YouTube education that barely know how to repair their daddy's lawn mower.

My car crapped out in the area on my way down South. Thought it was the starter. I called a number of places who were too expensive and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in. Spoke with Dustin and he was great. He listened, was calm, offered me a reasonable deal and I decided to bring the car there. When AAA showed up, he determined that the problem was the battery and not the starter. And even though I could get a battery replaced anywhere, I choose to bring it to Meineke (out of my way) since I had such a good experience with Dustin on the phone. It was a good decision.
